Every Sophia Jewelers shipment is insured for its full retail value from the moment it leaves our hands until it is received and signed for at your door. If anything goes wrong in transit, we make it right — immediately.

An adult signature is required on all orders over $100. Please do not request that the carrier leave the package unattended — this voids the insurance coverage. If you miss a delivery, your carrier will hold the package for pickup or schedule redelivery.

These charges vary by country and are assessed upon arrival in the destination country. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.
Shipping Questions
Your carrier will leave a delivery notice with instructions for redelivery scheduling or package pickup at a nearby facility. Most carriers hold packages for up to 5 business days. You can also redirect delivery using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If the package is returned to us undelivered, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment at no additional charge.
Absolutely. Enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout. All exterior packaging is completely discreet — no pricing, no advertising, nothing that gives away what's inside. If you're shipping an engagement ring or planning a surprise, note it at checkout or email us at info@sophiajewelers.com and we'll ensure every detail is handled with complete discretion.
First, check with neighbors, building management, or other household members — packages are occasionally left in unexpected locations. If the package is genuinely missing, contact us within 24 hours at info@sophiajewelers.com with your order number. Because all shipments are fully insured, we'll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the situation, including replacement or full refund where appropriate.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can track your package directly on the UPS or USPS website using that number, or click the tracking link in your email. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 2 business days of placing your order, please email us at info@sophiajewelers.com and we'll look into it right away.
We can ship to P.O. boxes via USPS for standard ground service. However, UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes — if you select an expedited service, a physical street address is required. Signature-required deliveries also require a physical address where an adult will be present to sign. If you need to use a P.O. box, please choose a USPS-compatible service at checkout or contact us for guidance.
