Are the pearls in these necklaces real or treated?
The titles describe cultured pearls, mostly freshwater, plus Akoya and Tahitian. Cultured pearls grow in a mollusk with human help, so they are real pearls. Pearls in general are often polished, and some are dyed or color-enhanced, especially black, grey and multi-colored ones. Check each product page for details.
