Your order ships immediately after your first payment is confirmed — just as it would with any standard purchase. You do not wait for the full balance to clear before your jewelry is on its way to you.

Yes. Our standard 30-day return policy applies to all installment purchases. If a return is approved, any future scheduled payments are cancelled and any amounts already paid are refunded. Please allow 3–10 business days for processing.

Shop Pay will make a second attempt to process a missed payment. If the second attempt fails, you may be charged a late fee and future installments may not be available. We recommend keeping your payment method current in your Shop Pay account.

Installment options appear automatically on all eligible product pages and at checkout for orders between $50 and $17,500. Gift cards and certain promotional bundles may not qualify.
